The only thing I can say about the second couple is... their super major flaw was lack of communication. Not just for the seme but the uke as well. One or the other could've contacted the other, but both of them did not. I understand the seme being conscious of the heavy atmosphere that comes when they talk, but holding off talking for so many years? A call or message should've come at least, from the uke too. The uke could've asked and tried to sort it out before deciding that it really was over. Thus, there was no actual resolution to that at all and was left in the air.

Well seme was under the implication of a thought that uke broke it off with him so with that in mind it wouldn't make sense to contact him whatsoever or matter at all even if he did i doubt uke would communicate back because its kinda his personality or that his burdened feeling of being betrayed prevents him from doing so

I don't think it was licensed, it's still ongoing in Japan (though it is complete upto volume 5, it is the 6th volume that's ongoing).
Searched on MangaUpdates, the group scanlating this was last active in 2017, it is an inactive group now, so this manga is most probably open to any scanlation group as long as they have access to the raws.
I hope it gets picked up soon, it is such a good story!

Pretty sure they already both love each other. I can't help but think the uke's kind of love is twisted if that's the case though... I kind of don't want it to end dismissing the whole bullying thing. It honestly is really really hard to be forgiven and hopefully the uke can renew his ways and get away from that fetish real fast. I know it's okay to have fetishes but its roots bother me... (the bullying is kind of shadowed because of that).
