I like this oneee it's obvious communication isn't either of their strongsuits and red head is an overthinker. Like me too bro i get you. It's hard when you constantly give but feel like you're getting nothing back. And Jeongmin just doesnt seem to know HOW to show that he cares... what the friend said to him was good bc it puts this into perspective a bit. Idk im into the slow burn it's a nice change of pace and interesting to see how different people approach relationships and how their communication styles clash a bit. Relationships are all about compromising and learning about each other anyways. Things take time. If you dont like this that's fine you dont have to read it but the way i see it this is progressing pretty nicely(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

The psychological aspect of this is really well written. Heeso acting the way he does makes sense based on his past experiences. He's emotionally immature and at this point probably equates sex to love. He doesn't know what love means to begin with. At least not healthy love. The behaviors are inexcusable ofc but explaining reasons WHY somebody does something versus excusing the behavior are very different.
Taekyung also has an unhealthy attachment to Heeso but in a much different sense. He feels the responsibility put on him by Heeso's mother and felt like he couldn't disappoint her because of everything she did for him, but he never wanted to cross that boundary of actually getting involved with Heeso because nothing good could come of it... as we've seen already. He's desperate to keep Heeso safe, and bc Heeso has already expressed suicidal thoughts/actions, he most likely feels like he has to go along with his whims to keep him from spiraling. Although by doing this, he's encouraging the bad behavior shown by Heeso. The more he gives in and even participates, the worse the situation will get. Especially if at some point Taekyung tries to leave. Which I have a feeling is going to be a leading cause of what was shown in the first chapter.
It's a very compelling story the dynamics are obviously very toxic, but the characters have depth. I'm worried the abuse will be romanticized one way or another, but I'm curious to see how the author plays things out.

It's definitely not for everyone especially if you're sensitive to things like SA since it has been shown multiple times (perpetrated by the mc). I would say read the first chapter (which is a time skip) if it isn't a sensitive topic for you, and make your decision then because as the story goes, it will ultimately lead to that. It's pretty early to tell the extent that the author will show these things and I'm not far enough in it to gauge whether they will romanticize the toxic relationship to the point that the abuse turns to love which I've seen far too many times. I would go into it with caution but I do stand by the characters being written well through a psychological sense SO FAR :)

Finally someone said it , people keep blaming Hesso for no reason while overlooking the facts how much he gone through expecting him to behave all kind and perfect, also Cha behaviour which sort of makes it triggering Heeso's behaviour past trauma and upbringing of someone brings lot into someone's character so far author is good on this fact of making Heeso character.

the black haired guy is def sus but the white haired guy is definitely aware of mc's feelings and chooses to ignore them to keep the distance there while still treating him nicely enough to get him to stick around...There's just little tidbits like when he grabs the mc or orders the mc to obey that rub me the wrong way IDK im really excited to see where this goes i love the art

does anybody know if this does turn into mpreg? it very surely couldve been a funny thing added in by the author but im not a huge fan of mpreg so if i know i can stop reading before (=・ω・=) thank you

That was my biggest concern when I decided to start buying the chapters off lezh*n, so,I’ll be a bit pissed if it ends up that way. In general I avoid stories with kids/babies like a plague. Even the chapter with that little girl I found a bit annoying. The kid was your typical bratty kid from most stories…so yeah

is there a reason this is rated so low(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

i interpreted it as being sarcastic and it makes sense why i would do so given the way it's worded and the nature of people on this site. Idk why you gotta come in and say something as if you know their intention more than i would. If they didn't mean it that way they can tell me and I'll apologize but it really isnt that deep
I'll never understand why people complain about (relatively well done) uncensored artwork? You're reading yaoi smut which is sex between 2 men who have penises what did yall expect was there lmfaooo. Also I do feel bad for those whose native language is not english but I think the translations are fitting for the time period and I personally enjoy it (although I looked up when loverboy started being used and it was NOT that early)
i thought loverboy was self explanatory
Yeah obviously it is lmfao I just thought it sounded a little out of place and wanted to know what time period it was first documented in just for my own curiosity
that's what i'm saying like how are you reading porn but dicks scare you?
right?
