the fact that the author came up with the plot when they were in middle school made a lot of sense. Like the classic toxic shit that was trendy back thenn but it has some sort of like more updated themes like I specifically find the trajectory of the plot like going towards problem solving, a more up to date thingy and actually makes the story standout.
I'm at chapter 61 and damn are they so formal. Like they were in the car deciding what to label their relationship as and their dialogue felt like reading a formal paper but like the format of a play or something---
righttt I get that they're going for a "proper" type of personality but they forgot the "personal" in personality when it comes to their dialogue. Like their actions shows enough of the personality of their character but it doesn't transfer well when it comes to their dialogues--- Or maybe it's part of the technique of the writer to like show how controlled the characters were growing up and their manner of speaking is a learned pattern type-shit idk. I feel like something was lost on translation hhahahaha.

To people who can and absolutely adore this manga, I implore you to buy the physical copy. Best purchase I ever did fr fr. Like the cover of the manga is everything and just everything about it is everything--
How much was it and where did you buy one, if I may ask?
I live in the Philippines so it was around 700 something pesos when I bought it from tankobonbon. You can also try on Amazon, bought my other mangas there.
Oh thank you!!!!
NP, there's also "fully booked" but I haven't tried buying there. Tho my friend had and told me they have a good selection of danmei.
Omg loc??
It's located in Cavite but I heard they will be switching locations soon. They also do nationwide delivery, and if you want an on hand purchase I think you can have it reserved.
Note to everyone in the comments, depending on your country many local manga stores have started to sell BL now. You should check out their range and purchase some to support the industry. A lot of the BLs I read here I go and buy physical copies. If we don’t support the industry artists will just quit because they need to put food in their bellies and pay mortgage. It’s already happening!!!!
U can also some times buy from Amazon. For countries that have Kinokuniya they sell BL in Chinese, English and Japanese. In Australia, Booktopia offers the largest range of BL.
Yup. Bought mine from Amazon immediately after reading this.
