thanks for the translations but the translator notes are completely unnecessary, as an artist myself if i hear comments like "wtf is wrong with his foot, it looks like saggy nuts" about my arts its gonna hurt honestly.
i'm sorry if i sound ungrateful, i know the translator doesn't mean that but i hope next time fellow translators put more thoughts when writing the translator notes, cause either its hurtful or it can change our perspective about the story or the character.

Well what I've understood from this so far is that uke (forgot his name) has lost his memory and reverted to a child like state. Tomohisa and him were dating until an accident (supposedly caused by Tomohisa?) made uke this way. Tomohisa is struggling to let go of his past lover, and my theory is that they escaped to a secluded island to not deal with whatever consequences his memory loss could cause. (the landlords said they didn't have savings and they just arrived here suddently). As seen in this chapter, they had friends and neighbours (the lady and her daughter), so they can't possibly just abandon their social lives for no reason.
This manga is probably gonna end in blood and tears, but let's see where it goes ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
