Some of yall complaining about mafuyus voice in the anime dont know the concept of character growth. Of course hes not gonna sounds like a god right of that bat, thats because he doesnt know how to use his voice.
Part of this show is ment to show not only mafuyus growth as a person and leaving behind his past but also the growth of his voice.
In a way the growth of his voice represents the growth of his person. Yes it will start out weak but it will eventually blossom into somethijg unimaginable, as he becomes a stronger person, his voice will become stonger and more refined
