You're right but the sex scene can't be erased(or made in other words) because it's in almost every chapter. Maybe they can't find a uke-like voice that is as erotic or sexy as momo-chan. I think that is SOME reason that it can't be an anime. There are more important reason on why.

Actually, from listening to the drama CD for this manga, Hiro Shimono is an amazing fit for Momo (if none of yall know, same Japanese voice actor for Kokichi Oma from Danganronpa V3 and Dabi from Hero Academia)
It's probably because there's child abuse and rape in the story, so they probably can't do it, or feel that it's too heavy to publish

What happens in chapter six is that there are these two male best friends that live in a place where homosexuality is not allowed and men are supposed to have sex with women to reproduce. If a men becomes gay or can not make love to a women then he would be sent to a consentration camp. One of the best friends realizes that he loves the other and confesses leaving him to have to move to the concentration camp in one week. With nothing to lose he confesses his love in tears to other his arms to rejection and death. The other unable to see his best friend in tears saying that it’s the end kisses him and seals their fate. “Don’t say it’s the end. For in this life risking love.... the two of will fall together.”
