Genuinely it's not good
But there isn't enough chapters for it to get clear. Unless you're aware of some SA victims hypersexualizing themselves is a thing and that it came from a deep belief that omegas are indeed just holes to be filled, the story doesn't really come together. It almost feel like 2 separate stories sewed together.
It needed less rape scenes and more exposition.
Also can any character called Souma catch a break??!
He could've said something like "if you go on a date with me I'll erase the interest of your debt" or something
