At some point, Taehan gotta talk it out with Doyun about their future ; marriage and whatnot. If Doyun gets pregnant, what if Doyun becomes anxious and wasn't prepared for the responsibility ? It'd be like Love is an Illusion all over again. Doyun did already taken aback when Taehan mentioned "marriage".

I don't have any problem with either translations. Both are good and pretty and easy to read. Love them both. So in my opinion, no need to decide the 'only' translation. It will only create unnecessary fight between 2 scanlation teams. I'd prefer to have 2 than none. Just don't fight.
Dojun is such a cutie. I would have support him all the way if his partner wasn't the doctor. Anyway, I'm just looking forward for Taehan & Doyun's story since Season 3 is coming up yahoo
