So this manga hits a bit close to home for me. Having shitty parents is draining and it really makes you crave love a lot more. I am glad they have a happy ending and also glad uke gets away from his mom. Anyone thinking uke not showing any feelings towards his mom is straight up stupid. The mom was controlling and never cared for ukes feelings. She is toxic. I am not surprised he doesn't care as much.

I am on chapter 72 and I am so frustrated by this author. I am not mad at jace but why does he need to get assaulted every time for "plot development" How does Jace keep getting captured in the premises of the Duke's house when he supposedly known quite well. I am so tired of this frustrating parts like the story was finally getting sweet and then we have unnecessary drama which is so stretched out. That's why I don't like big manhwas. The authors LOVE stretching out the story for particularly no good reason. I don't care how sweet the story will get at the end. The middle content does matter. Frustrating really.i am probably going to skim through the Fred part.

The duke is a guy who is so immature and says he will be the elder brother like ok ur dumb as fuck and immature. Jace frustrated me a bit towards the end but I can never blame him for acting the way he does. This all could have not happened if the duke didnt bit him all over his body. Ugh very frustrating. Should have ended it at vol. 1 ngl lmao. Vol. 2 definitely made me feel REALLY weird about this story. First of all mc is a minor... Ml is 23. Ml gambles for a living like wtf??? There is no way he has stability in life. Also he obviously knew mc is a fucking minor and yet he fucked him so idk....
While I don't fully agree (if only in the sense that this is fictional, and older teenagers tend to be a grey area for a lot of people in the manga community), I appreciate this topic for how respectful it is. You're just giving your opinion without being intrusive about it, and I quite enjoy seeing that on this site, where that's not always common.
Never-the-less, those are still some valid personal critiques. It actually put me off a bit learning about the age thing too, but not enough (personally) to fully take away what I enjoyed about this manga. Including Volume 2, but like I said, still appreciate this topic! And I'm sure the age thing put off a lot of other people too in the way it did for you, so I think this story just would've benefitted better with the Uke being in college instead. I know I wouldn't have enjoyed it any less (probably would've enjoyed it more).

As an author how do you fuck up so badly xD? I am pretty sure no one who reads this wanted it to end like that. So idek where author got the idea that this ending will be satisfying for the readers. Like sure it's your work but the ending has to make sense and not feel like you just wanted to torture the bad guy. Like there was a point where it was enough. Author went beyond that idk.
