But the manga authors seem believe(for some unknown reason) that it is ok to include rape in yaoi( and specially omegaverse) as a way to rush the smut without any necessity of previous character development. The same as the general porn industry. It's a pity because it just makes some plots feel weird, rushed, wasted and twisted. But something I've learned to overlook since it is only fictional and I don't really manage to bond with poorly developed characters enought to feel for them.
It is just the cold truth of the bad yaoi plots. Nothing new under the Sun lol xD

Some of them don't you just have to look at the tags. The tags will tell you if it has rape so you don't have to read them. Problem solved well I hope it does.
In my perspective, there are two ways into the omegaverse narrative, one that gives you the chance to force romantic stories with very rapey scenes and blame it on the pheromones, and the other is a chance to write about domestic stories with the male omegas abilities to bear children. I really dislke the first one but absolutely adore the second one, so have a love-hate relationship with omegaverse
