Sangwoo raped Bum but the story didn't romanticise sexual abuse. Koogi never spent two or more chapters with just rape and no plot. Comparing this shit to ks is offensive true.

Maybe it's not the greatest manga of all times but KS is surely great and well written it is significantly better than this shitty, overrated rape to love cliché BL

I don't care if people want to ship it, it's not the point. It's the work that is shitty, badly written and overrated. If it wasn't for the art you all would have dropped it after chapter 1. This rides the wave of KS success without being as good. I also have good reasons to think the author plagiarised Koogi, so I will never support her and her mediocre story.

I totally agree it’s obviously really good and the story telling is amazing it’s my favorite and idont get how ppl compare it to potn , i’m not saying that ks isnt that good cause who am I kidding i’m a huge fan but What i hate is its toxic fans that ruin every other manga by comparing them

Imo it's not the fandom shipping them the problem. It's romanticised because it's clear that the story is going towards Seungho's undeserved redemption and Nakyum falling without reason for his rapist. The author spent several chapters of rape without plot, so pointless that even people with rape kink would get bored by it. People are now cheering for Nakyum's first and only rapist and they are ready to forgive him for everything just because for them he looks hot (for me he's ugly af and a pathetic wannabe of Sangwoo, that at least was a more interesting character)

Tbh there are many similarities: hot, possessive psycho "seme" keeps captive a cute feminine uke. The uke tries to escape several times before giving up. They have sex, and even genuine cute moments together! the seme even buys new clothes to the uke and they have sex in changing room. At some point of the story we know the seme was a bright and kind boy, but then abuse by the hand of a parent happened and they became like abusive themselves.

The chapters are very short and nothing complex happens besides sex (more often than not rape) the uke crying and other sex, reading a chapter a week takes just five minutes at most. And I have never payed for it, i would never support Byeonduck

Yeah it was a bad formulation, the problem comes from the author making her 2 main characters very shippable. It would have been a hundred times better if she didn't make their relationship look right, just like Koogi did with KS.

Even with these similarities it’s still way different, for me ks and potn are one different levels completely

Of course, KS is a well-written, complex story with great characters, art and plot, PotN is a mediocre cliché whose only redeeming point is the art
