Fantastic art but the ending was a bit too open & sad. Apart from the Seme's late awakening, it would be better if the author left us some more hints of hope.
[Spoilers]... The Seme couldn't survive w/o consuming the Uke's energy of life, no way out for them. Although they balanced well, both still had shorter lifespan than normal people. What a terrible fate! (T_T)
BTW. Seemed like Hisayo-sama & his mom were secret lover. She marries son just to be close to mother and had her lover's bloodline then. That's why they seemed so happy together even w/o him. (O_O;)

Some parts were dragged a bit too long, I wanna cut that parts out to have some more of their hot scenes as normal people who're crazy in love & lived together. On the erotic bath scenes(ch.6-7), when the uke begged for more, they should have done it since then.

He actually got the prize!! first a-sampei was a "no face" but then c-kun started 2 c da Sparks shining n was a bit of confused abt his remain feelings for b-sempei n da new real feelings abt a-sempei...the moment c-kun looked propebly at a-sempei he realised da feelings of him n felt sry 4 him of using him untill now
I also understood it like that n i think the moment a-sempai hit b-sempai, who was trying 2 make a fool out of c-kun n a-sempai cos of beeing jealous of a-sempai n angry at c-kun that he choos a-sempai instead of him, c-kun finally realised a-sempais feelings n startend 2 cry. He was angry abt himself 4 using a-sempai w/out even realising bis true feelings n he is also confused abt his remaining feelings 4 b-sempai n the New feelings 4 a-sempai...n i also belive that he crys cos he's 2 afraid of telling a-sempai da truth plus he isn't sure abt what 2 tell him now...if he likes b-sempai more then a-sempai vor da other way

I think big bro loved young bro but hated his stepmother or didn't accept her. The conflict in his mind caused him behaved strangely liked that.
Wife tried to hurt them back but... seemed like it effected in the opposite way.

...I think it doesn't make sense for them to be real full brothers at all.The test says "possibility of being related by blood:99.9%" it doesn't say if they're brothers,uncle,or whatever... even though we know they're obviously related at a sibling level.It says clearly in early chapters that Takezou's mother went to the big brother's father to get some money as they were having an affair for some times now.Later on, the two got married. The most probable is that the father was married to his wife that came from an equally respectable family but was seeing Takezou's mother, a married woman coming from a lower class, in secret.Eventually they officially got together either the father divorced his first wife or she died. We also know that the big bro was extremely close to his mother which is why he despised Takezou and his mother. I think it would make zero sense for him to be the child of Takezou's mother.
So yeah like you say we don't know what the author has in mind so you may be right, it would just be super weird in my opinion if they were full brothers instead of half.
