I'm honestly down with it

it is sad, still remember you mom took care of kids who have parents, this one is taking care of orphans who have nobody, you have your mom, the orphans have no one. They are vulnerable children that most adults don't care for sadly, especially at that time, I mean even now, have you ever heard of anyone taking care of orphans? They get abused every day by the ones who supposedly care for them, they go from foster home to foster home, it's like they're not even human beings to the eyes of the "families" who want to adopt. haa it's so sad. So yes, im sure you can understand him, but he still has had the love of his mother, she was present for him, it's just that she mothered all the other kids as well and that's a lot of dedication, the fact that she was able to be so present too it's a lot already, hope you're doing well with your mom and that you can share your feelings with her, if she's kind im sure she would listen to you so how about telling her how she makes you feel when she cares for other kids more than you, maybe she isn't aware of it? So if you tell her it might get better, parents are only humans as well, humans who want to do good by everyone and it is their first time parenting, we all make mistakes so try talking to her, have a good conversation with her im sure It'll turn out alright for you, good luck friend!

Yeah it's her job. My mom was a teacher too. I think all teacher's are similar in that way. But just as we saw in chapter 63 the director loves her own child very much and it goes same for you. So try to understand her work (I'm sure you do but don't let it affect you too much)
