I have no idea what is happening in the story. All I got was there are three friends, one is in love with one, while that one is in love with another. And two are in a relationship. But that's literally it. Especially when they were having conversations. I mainly just couldn't make sense of the context.

To make it real quick: Long-haired guy (Kei) is in love with black-haired guy and black-haired guy (Ryou) is in love with grey-haired guy (Yuto). Kei probably started a relationship with Ryou because it was his only chacne to have any sort of relationship at all with his crush. Ryou didn't make a move on his dear friend he fell in love with (maybe beause of his shy/cowardly nature) and settled for a relationship with at least something physical (aka, taking a substitude). Yuto seems to not be involved in the 'yaoi part' at all as he shows zero interest other than friendship towards both of them (I asume he'll remain a friend to both and they will fall in love with one another).
The translations make the story REALLY hard to understand and even reading it is a bit of a chore, sadly. So I am not sure we'll ever 100%ly get what is going on. :(
The story is cliche enough to imagine the dialogue tho. (Shame I understand barely 50% of it tho, since it is one of my favourite cliche stories...)
Idk I was a tiny confused with certain details but overall I still want to thank the translators for their efforts. What I gathered from what I read so far is that Ryou confided in Kei about his preference and how he feels for Yuto. They developed a physical relationship but don’t appear as lovers. Meanwhile Kei is in love with Ryou and always been aware of his feelings for Yuto.
Kei and Yuto been friends since middle school and kept in touch since graduation, Kei just didn’t mention it to Ryou. Ryou didn’t keep in contact with Yuto because he didn’t know what to say. They finally all meet again, at Kei’s job and he noticed immediately that Ryou still in love with Yuto. He’s hurt because he loves him and wishes to be the one to make him happy. Since Kei can’t be the one in Ryou heart, he’s jealous and frustrated. He wants to comfort himself with Ryou’s body. When he’s rejected he reminds Ryou that Yuto is straight and demonstrates his anger by sleeping with him. Ryou is a little slow so didn’t really understand why he was upset.
When Ryou and Yuto left Kei’s job together he thought Ryou would finally confess his love, but he learns Ryou remained silent about his feelings. Kei is annoyed since nothing will change then for once Ryou must have finally understood why Kei was upset but at that time Kei wanted to be alone. While wondering does Ryou feel anything towards him at all. I think this pretty much explains it.
Wtf did i just watch...Also... WHY THE FUCK IS KURO PAIRED UP WITH A UGLY ASS STRANGER TO BECOME HIS SEX SLAVE?!!! Kuro deserves better... Now whenever I see Kuro in Haikyuu the first thing I'll think about is this. You ruined it. You ruined Haikyuu for me... T_T
