Watching the anime atm. Been a while since I've watched one. I didn't have high expectations at first, thought this'll be a typical shonen manga, full of actions and such. I wasn't wrong abt the action but what really caught my interest was the thing abt 'trashes'. Like it's really applicable irl, it is what's happening. Trashes piling up, people's overconsumption. Undervaluing everything just 'cause they can 'buy' a new one again. And the idea that when thing is valued, it can be it's owner's source of power. Metaphorically, power as in like motivation or such. That had me sold. Might be overthinking every little thing but yeah, I just really like this anime. Too bad there's only 16 eps ..
Ooh. Match incoming. Will they still do the jinx?
I went back and reread all the chapters from when he started looking for Dan again til now and i honestly believe he will try to hold back because it seems like he’s actually thinking through his actions and reflecting on himself in real time. There’s hope yet! I’m 99% sure he won’t do it if Dan doesn’t offer or seems scared. In the past, each time Dan pushed him away and said “I’m not doing this,” and not just, “let’s just stop for a moment,” Jaekyung backed off, hands in the air.
Read this a long time ago. Y did they broke up again?
It was more of an acquaintanceship turned friendship, then sort of fuck buddies, resulting in a romantic relationship, if I remember correctly. Juheon misunderstood the situation and Dohu's interest. Dohu was never looking for things to get sexual nor romantic in the beginning. He just wanted a certain personality to observe. And since he sucks at reading the room a lot of the time, he didn't see the harm in using his experiences with Juheon as material for his writing. He should have said something, absolutely, but I also think Juheon arrived at certain conclusions that dismissed what he had learned about Dohu's personality (and possible autism?). As always, communication is key. They both fucked up a bit. I do understand why Juheon felt betrayed, though.

You heard it. Now take full responsibility.
