I have a hard time reading when there's many couples unless I can easily skip some without missing out on the Main couple
There’s one main and one side, the second couple starts at around chp 70+, and then it goes back and forth between them two until chp100+ before it kinda focuses entirely on the second couple. Tbh for me I kinda liked the second couple more by the end of the story. Ending is funny but anticlimactic lol if you don’t mind that then it’s actually quite a good read. Hope this helps.
All that people commenting so much shit, you could be reading something that you like anywhere or better yet go and support manga that you morally approve. All you are doing is stressing yourself and flooding the comments for the people that actually enjoyed the story.

The story is dark and kinda twisted at parts, the gore is realistic but it's like watching an anatomy study. But even with all that it has a happy conclusion so if you can endure the gore is a good read.
I mean, the censoring is strong but this is not shounen ai
