I think he needs a bit more self-love. It's kinda sad seeing him chase and try so hard while the top just sits there doing nothing
It's a little sad, but putting the ml's perspective with him, it's pretty reasonable. He /was/ rejected in a not very nice way, and trust can't be built that quickly.

This has some good development, we are only on chapter 12 and I'm feeling already so satisfied, the story has been progressing very well, without unnecessary drama and misunderstanding... I've recently been following another one that has 23 fucking chapters and it's been only misunderstanding and no fucking development
