Yep , the MC lied about his age so ML and his goons won't harass him. But on chapter 5, the ML saw the MC's ID and knows he's not underage. That's why the ML is teasing the MC right now and not before.

I know they talked about ,but I definitely feel like we aren’t taking in consideration of how this will affect the MC as a person. i dont think they actually talked ab it, they talked ab the karaoke night and ml misunderstood that mc was talking ab the sa. in reality, i dont think mc knows what happend when he was sleeping and, if he remembers parts of it, he thought it was a dream (if im not mistaken, it was implied). when mc was talking ab not using the ring, the other ppl that asked for his number and tagging in that karaoke ml understood that he was also talking ab the sa. and when ml was talking (very brief and lightly) ab the sa, mc misunderstood that he was talking ab ml's bad mood.
It's gonna sound fucked up, but I'm surprised they even tried to address the sa. Usually in bl's and yaoi they just gloss over it and act like it was normal
