The person who was in an accident with Zi Xi is not the same as the pink guy (A' bai). They haven't shown that guy yet. But I'm guessing the pink guy resembles him that's why Zi Xi keeps staring at him﹋o﹋
Um did no one read the summary? It says in there that he has face blindness and A'Bai has the only face he can see. That's why he keeps staring at him. Perhaps mangas make no sense because people keep missing the easy to understand but important parts
