(Ok let me reorganise my thoughts a little....)

Apocalypse Bls are right up my alley, but this one is probably one of the better ones ive read. 10/10 characters, art and plot ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶! Seok & kwaks face card game is strong (and so is Lee & glasses guy lowkey ) I just know the artist was drawing scenes with their left hand (Bro that one panel of kwak on the roof does things to me )

My only gripe is the world building isnt all that like we've literally met *0* civilians. Yes there isnt a reason to see any but theyre mentioned in passing and I feel like it would add to the overall experience to see what daily life is like for non-army and researchers. But thats just my personal opinion and the manhwa is fine without them. I just wanna see that part explored in this verse but whatever ig.

Speaking of, the plot is seriously interesting. Its nothing groundbreaking, i mean dystopian and/or anti capitalist/anti authoritarian stories have been done since forever (the hunger games etc), but we have a unique insight in this world compared to other Bls where usually the mc & ml is some kind of survivor, or only the ml is involved in the regime. Here both seok & kwak have authority over a crucial field which seriously amps up the stakes as seok is key to developing a vaccine/cure while kwak is the "guardian of rainbow city". Since the mystery of who killed Dr Oh has been solved, those themes are becoming more apparent and im seriously psyched to see the direction the author will take now that seok has kinda aligned himself with the garden of eden & kwak crash out over it (kwak youre so lucky youre hot asf because how DARE you do that to seok istg leave my phallic stone lover ALONE!!! ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ)
Also im sus of glasses guy – handsome mysterious men are not to be trusted in this verseΣ( ￣~￣||)

Which btw, i love seok & kwaks conflicting views – it seriously spices things up. Im tired of brainless mcs & seok is NOT one of them! He may be a bit cold/ airheaded at times, but i respect his drive to seek the truth even if that means rebelling against the regime & kwaks advice. Kwak on the other hand – hes an interesting case;; （￣へ￣）It seems like he doesnt have significant respect to authority (peep his thoughts towards the first master ) and his general attitude seems crass/careless, but he locks tf in when it comes to ensuring the safety of rainbow city...even if that means punishing seok. Honestly their characters are refreshing but gyatt damn i cant take it JUST KISS AND MAKE UP ALREADY!!!! The angst... I feel it incoming bro ╥﹏╥

Tldr: must read if you love apocalypse bls! However the romance is second to the plot i feel like;; theres relationship development & some smut but its not like they freak every chapter (￣△￣)〜 (This isnt a complaint btw! Just a heads up if you're expecting loads of sexy action – theres mainly normal action here lolol)

This manhwa is srsly a mixed bag.... I love the tropes here: supernatural story with hot vamps and demons set in modern universe? IM IN! (Like yeah id do asmodeous, helloooo fellow monster f*ckers ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶)

Like the story has okay pacing and the plot itself wasnt too bad, just when I finished reading it I didnt feel anything. Like im happy mc and ml are married but i didnt care much for the side stories and I dont think I would care if a continuation came out.
What im trying to say is: this was a nice read, but i didnt find myself that invested after the serial killer got arrested. After that i felt less like i was enjoying the story and more like I was mindlessly reading panels to finish it faster. What a shame because the initial exposition didnt seem too bad, its just as i was reading my attention was slipping. idk its a 6/10 from me.
Read if you want for fun but dont expect anything life changing lol.

I LIKE THIS! Fuck I love dystopian/apocalyptic stories, so mix that with Bl and you have a certified bangerヾ(☆▽☆)
So far (chapter 12) their relationship seems wholesome which im glad although developed quite quickly (jinwoo catches feelings around chapter 7 i swear Σ( ￣□￣||)).

both mc and ml are very interesting characters: mc seems to have a hidden violent side and suppressed memories, meanwhile ml seems to be non-human with some painful memories himself. i like both of them though, especially guwons more childish nature (? like unaware about human social norms way) (im saying this in an endearing way not a diddy way(⊙…⊙ ) (pls tell me yall understand what im trying to say). he kind of stands out from the usual tops in Bl – sure hes probably a little psychopathic but hes also sorta innocent/ignorant about certain topics like romance and stuff and its a little cute/charming in a way. what im trying to say is: he draws me in! Especially with his unique character design, the artist of dangerous convenience store really cookedwith this! ( >▽<)/

tldr: its early to judge this manhwa, but so far it seems cool. will be waiting for more chapters!ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

I read this when I first started reading Bl and gyatt damn am I grateful! I know a lot people in my life who got exposed to Bl through killing-stalking which is traumatising AF & I'm there like damn... so when is Xu Sheng and Zhao Zhan gonna kiss? ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I hold this manhua near and dear to my heart – its a good read especially for new readers, but I think more experienced peeps can appreciate the story and characters too. The mc is hilarious and he has great chemistry with ml, and the body swap stuff seriously spiced things up and kept me on my toes while reading and kept the plot from becoming too dull.

What im trying to say is, give this one a go and you wont regret it, especially if you like school rivalry/ romance with a touch of supernatural (づ￣ ³￣)づ

My only complaint is SIDE STORIES!! WHERE ARE THEY? The story is already a little short compared to other chinese Bl manhuas, the least yall could do is give us some extra side chaps at the end Σ(っ°Д °;)っ

I FUCKING LOVED THIS!!!! 10/10 character design, personality, relationship, plot, ending, title EVERYTHING! actually tbh its a little fast paced imo (used to reading 50+ chapter) but theres no loose ends and it wraps up nicely so idm (▰˘◡˘▰)

i was scared it would be toxic when they first had sex cos wonjae was being kinda rough with sawol so i *almost* dropped this but im so glad i kept reading – HE! IS! GREEN!! THE ENTIRE MF FOREST!!! Ladies and gents and everyone else, get a man like wonjae who is willing to kill anyone in revenge for you and even send his own father to jail over you! (Well he also wanted revenge for his mothers & brothers death but HEY! hes a romantic and family oriented and best believe he will treat you like mf ROYALTY!)

Anyways- I fucking love sawon (mc). Hes a total hottie (fuck im weak for black cat characters with tattoos(≧∀≦) but his fiery personality never dies down throughout the course of the story which i love – its so refreshing! 100% would bangლ(´ڡ`ლ) (same with wonjae actually. lets have a threesome or sum haha)

However my fav character is defoooo the secretary. I found him fucking hilarious for some reason, maybe its my sleep deprived mind but him pushing his glasses up with his middle finger got me giggling under the covers. (Hes also lowkey kinda yk? )()(Would btw )(Foursome now ig ╮(￣▽￣)╭)

Overall: 8-8.5/10 (minus points for being short read and other personal nitpicks that arent really important to write here-) Its not exactly perfection, but gyatt damn its a pretty good read!

bruh. *i* got fucking scammed... i thought this would be a light hearted comedy just for ml to rape mc bcs mc was using him. i understand his trauma of being used but like... why rape him!?!? i cant believe i left a comment praising him for being a green flag... im taking it back wtf??? i gotta sue korean authors for using this trope, its so disgusting! – im no puritan, i can tolerate dark topics when written sensitively in genre-appropriate stories, but i seriously despise when SA and rape are used in such stories like this one. baiting us readers into thinking this would be a cute story with the misunderstanding as a catalyst for a comedy plot line/romance to develop, just to throw that all away and have the ml do something like this, especially as out-of-character for a puppy dog seme like jaeyi, is downright despicable and pathetic. it feels like the author just spat in all our faces for thinking this wouldn't be a fucked up read like 90% of BL nowadays. fuck i feel gross. 0/10

tldr: was good was good before the szn 1 finale. had an intriguing premise, good exposition, funny characters, wholesome relationship vibes... all thrown away in the span of an episode. if you enjoy such twists, then go ahead and read all you like ig, but i certainly dont!(╯°Д °)╯╧╧

tae oh is a certified FREAK but god fucking damn it HE IS A GENTLEMAN!!!! GREENEST OF GREEN!!!!! and his white haired friend may be a bitch, but hes also LOYAL ASF and i respect that! hyun is an interesting character like he kinda matches tae ohs freak but hes also lowkey manipulative and i feel bad for tae oh since hes such a kind dude and isnt even mad at hyun for hiding and lying to him and just wants to solve the problem together. plus with tae ohs backstory of being abused for being gay and used by his first love, i was kinda disappointed that hyun did similar. honestly id kill for a man like tae oh fuck hes so boyfrie- actually HUSBAND material fr, hyun just lost a keeper (￣ε(#￣)Σ

overall id give a 6.5-7 so far, the plots only starting to build up now so it doesnt feel right to give higher since theres so much left unexplored! the smut is good tho but due to the fast plot progression/story pacing it can feel a litttleeee (like a little!!) bit fast/short? (or is that just me lol?)
