Can anyone explain why it matters whether she was actually reporter Bell vs one of his apprentices? Like at that point he figured out she wrote the article and she admitted to writing it too. So why did she do along with being the apprentice rather than the actual writer?
She admitted to writing it because she was put in a position where she had to. I don’t get why she just doesn’t explain further at that point?

It's because it was reporter bell who brought back the stigma he finally got rid of. You see the grand Duke lost control of his mana and almost kill his brother but instead of find out what happen to cause it, his family covered it up and that cause a lot of rumors to spread about what happen and who cause it. So grand duke left until the rumors die down but when he returned it was reporter bell who brought up those incidents. So when his wife admitted to writing the article about his vow and the reason behind it. He wasn't as angry as he was about the article about the incident

I get the MC’s internal strife about not being Swan/the “real” daughter and now wanting the new fake to taint her memory, but I thought the whole point of Swan’s journal and being adopted would have settled most of that? Like Swan caring for her and giving her position to her with like her blessing so she didn’t need to feel guilt. It also seemed like the duke knew or heavily suspected that she wasn’t the real daughter but would love her regardless (isn’t that why he never confirmed anything when the director said his real daughter had died and he chose to adopt MC?) But since the time skip it’s like she’s still obsessing over it/like it’s tearing her apart mentally. It just seems like things have gotten worse or at least stayed the same when it seemed like things should have gotten lighter?
Also I can’t understand Damian’s obsession with her? Like what is it founded on?

I get the he would question his feelings given his up bringing, but this seems like it should have gone before they faced his brother maybe? Like after all they’ve been through is just seems misplaced… ┑( ̄∇ ̄")┍

How? His brother used fear and manipulation to control him, which only JUST ended. It makes perfect sense it couldn't be addressed till now since he wasn't able to think for himself before, but now he's being presented with the option to choose what HE wants, a thing he doesn't know or understand since he only went on the whims of his brother (aka others). It's perfectly placed, otherwise it'd be just another savior complex manwha
Is this worth reading? I don’t t really like stories where the divorce is dragged out. She’s not like super pitiful/spineless for most of the story is she?
She's not pitiful, but this is getting kind of dragged out. Read it like a "something to pass time" rather than "something to look forward to" ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Thanks for the heads up!
