The more I read, the more I pity the MC. All his life, he's been robbed (of his parents, normal life), took advantage of and used (by the shitty congressman, the blondie gang leader) and now caught by the ML. The reason the MC's hypersexual is because he's been trained/sexually coerced, manipulated since the young age by the blondie gang leader. We see in the early chapter that the MC use sex to complete his "missions". Probably trained by the blondie gang leader - his Hyung along with the need to pay off his debt to the shitty congressman.
