I like this kind of manga because its really realistic, it's shows Japanese personality mentality...
Agree and also her previous desires (when she had a true motivation for writing) are conflicting with the current goals and obligations that she's (forcing) herself to see through (being a housewife. That is, the need (strong urge) for something else, while her husband wants a child. The story has a nice tone. I hope the previous commenter cleared up your confusion.

This manga reflect the reality in Japan Schools... It's exactly, everyone must be the same, if you differ, no matter the details, a bad aura begins , The Hate On you ,Target+ bullying, The Denial, Put all the wrongs one person, The Hate towards him + bullying, The denial... And the Teachers.. doing nothing even though they exactly know what is going on..
