I like this Manhwa I just wish I could understand it better. I bought some of the raws from season 1 back when it was first translated and it gave me a headache as well (MTL) so but I was so curious and then it took a break for awhile. So o forgot about it. Then the new season came and then I'm like let's stop spending and then the new translation came out. So I'm really glad. I'm sure the author is trying to confuse us w the ghost and the mystery. So I understand it should be mystifying but I'm sure a lot gets lost in translation too.

tbh i think the biggest problem is the fact that we don't have good translations/haven't been serialized yet in eng, which can really help w understanding the whole story esp clarification for each chapter w lil notes to breakdown korean ghost traditions n whatnot cuz that would def help (e.g. in s1 kiyoon finds a piece of paper that's yellow, which is jumin's n for some reason it's a really important thing since jumin freaked out big time but we never really got to know what the paper was tbh)
If I'm not mistaken, it seems to be a talisman. Usually talismans are to ward off evil spirits.
There were a few manwhas I've seen as well as some K drama and C drama that features these

Ok so what I understand, hopefully others will elaborate or correct me here it is as follows:
The scary ghost can shapeshift into the manager (and maybe also the woman) and seems (??) to be somehow interested in the Mc
The way I understood the video part was that that was his only evidence against the manager (not sure how he still thinks it’s the manager but whatever). And there were also some panels where it somehow looked like the Mc was a bit turned on by the video(?)
And so far the woman knows about the situation and it also seems like the employee that came back knows that something is going on
I hope this helps somewhat because honestly I want to properly understand what’s happening but with these translations……
