Basically the Mc and his twin brother were abandoned by their mom and the bad guys took them in. In order to protect Fumi (the twin that died) from the nasty rodent the Mc slept with him. However Fumi wanted to protect his brother as well or show him that he could protect himself and his brother didn’t need to sacrifice himself for him but then the Mc pushed him away which caused his death (he was also sick) Bena was captured by the same nasty rodent and was going to be used to lure in costumers as a freak show shit. The Mc started to take care of him and Bena trusted him. The Mc is then taken away from the place by Bena and that’s basically it.
