i completely get that but if i was dating someone i'd expect them to be able to turn down anyone that would try to come between us, i strongly value independence and taking responsibility for yourself, so though i might get jealous i probably wouldn't take it out on her but instead ask my partner to be more upfront about not being interested. my viewpoint might come from me being so dense that 90% of the time i just don't recognize flirting so naturally i'm gonna give my partner the benefit of the doubt. (though if my partner flirts with anyone else i will absolutely get the belt :))

I would definitely get angry at them. And if my partner chose that person, without being upfront about it and cheating behind my back, I would be mad at both of them.

if my partner cheats i'd blame my partner and not the person they cheated with, the world is full of temptation and it's their responsibility to keep their fingers to themselves. of course if one of my "friends" was constantly flirting with them or smn i'd 100% have a serious talk with them about it and or ditch them if it keeps occuring.

then again i'm saying all this from an outsider's perspective since i've never really had a relationship so maybe i'd respond differently if put in this type of situation ╮(￣▽￣)╭

like I loved her character even of she was forcing the mc and I even loved the mc because he wasn't a push over
