The story and character development in currently popular drama BL manhwas are lacking, while comedy ones like this and Punch Drunk Love are thriving.

Cause the authors actually portray the mcs in a flawed manner in a real life situation. How we would actually act if we were to be in a relationship.
Basically misunderstanding arcs are so unecessary and most of the time, couples who do love each other would always explain why they're upset and how they feel about itt. Not be sulky and depressed just cause they're a pussy with their baseless assumptions.
I actually like how they are both making logical points. Good job author-nim. And I agree with everyone here, they communicate really well for people who are only FWBs.

This should be rated higher. It's a decent story without rape or toxicity. The extra chapter with the senpai and kouhai pair could be a standalone manga, because the couple has good chemistry and they are interesting, unlike the main couple, which is more subdued and could be boring to some. I wish the mangaka had used Nagai's lack of ability to read signals and hints to make the story more comedic because it's funny.
The art is pretty, but the story could use some improvement. I wish Kuga had more character development. Igarashi is a likeable character (a good seme), but I do wish he hadn't started touching Kuga out of nowhere. It would have been better if it the progression had been slow-burn.
Juho (seme) is the only likeable character here. I wish he transmigrates to another BL manhwa and find a "committed" and good partner who loves him the same way. And that he doesn't get corrupted by these toxic 30-year-olds.
"I'll make you so f*cking happy that you'll wish life were longer." I thought, I love this line because I don't want to live long since life is hard. Then we learned that ML said this after the MC confessed that his dream is to die after grandma dies. I'm dreading the chapters where ML has amnesia and would unknowingly hurt MC.
Since the mangaka has written a BL, I'd like to see them grow older, become real friends, then lovers (shounen ai). This deserves an anime. It reminds me of Teasing master Takagi-san.

The artist/author may not be male. Many female Chinese artists use male avatars, like Old Xian, who wrote 19 days. They're so good at drawing hot guys, haha. As for this story, I can't help but ship their adult version, so I'm just treating it as an alternative universe where papa wolf didn't raise potato and they met as adults. I really like the art. It's amazing.

I’ve been thinking that this is good, but it's lacking something. I saw some comments saying that it needs more passion and energy, and I totally agree! They're too chill indeed, haha. Also, I like it when tops offer to bottom, because I think it shows how much they truly love their partner. I believe sex is something you do when you love someone so much that you want to connect with them physically in any way-whether you're the top or the bottom. In real life, there are many gay couples who switch too and some don't like penetrative sex so much.
