I like the art. It's a pity it's so short. I hope to see more works from this artist.

I can feel the MC's frustration, I also want to know why the ML left and want him to apologize. Of course, there might be a valid reason, but the way he's treating the MC (stringing him along or whatnot) is just wrong and unfair after he left without a word and cut off contact for 7 years.

I skimmed the novel last night and I think this story is good. I like it. I will share some spoilers below. I only read the mtl though, but I saw there's a readhive translation in NU too, that might be better.

The comment below was right, our ML imprinted on MC from the future. They will only know towards the end of the story. Although they were always fighting in the beginning, their friendship will grow over time.

Since ML saved MC when he was young, MC has always loved him, while ML has always been searching for and waiting for the hyung (future MC) who helped him when he was young. MC's pining and unrequited love seems painful, but that makes their getting together later feel better.

I won't spoil much, but MC's dead sister is important to the plot. ML went through a lot during his younger years. I hope this manhwa will adapt the story well. The intimate scenes will be at the extras.

They say this has 5 volumes, I hope we get an English translation of the last two. Someone in the comments said it's a good read, not the best nor the worst, and I agree. It is a proper old school yaoi manga and I'm surprised at how much I enjoyed reading it.

The ML sleeping with other women as decoys to mislead the enemy yakuza and protect the MC made sense in context. But I understand the comments here, I also wish the mangaka wrote a more creative alternative to avoid that.

Why the low rating? It's only the beginning and I think it's actually promising.

The last story: That teacher is sick! She preyed on the developmentally-delayed older brother who can't even read, write or talk much. She should’ve been the one who died! As for the first story, it would’ve been better with more chapters about their high school days and how they fall in love in the present. It seems like they are already attracted to each other back in high school, but the MC was in denial because he wanted to be “normal,” so he ended up bullying the ML.

I assume Cheong hyeon came back to Taehwa because, before dying in their 1st life, he learned of everything that Taehwa did for him=killing Mr. Kim and dying in the process, beating up his pedo piano teacher in high school (which ruined his boxing career and sent him to juvenile prison), later having the teacher killed, and leaving all his assets to him after dying. He probably realized Taehwa did it all out of love, so in their 2nd life Cheong hyeon wanted to understand him better.

Still, I think the author needs to show that Cheong hyeon felt something for Taehwa in their 1st life. Because after all the rape and abuse, it’s hard to believe he’d choose to meet him again even after learning of his good deeds.

The premise is actually good, but it feels lacking. While both the mc and ml have good backstories, they lack emotional connection. There's a sense of disconnect, not just between the leads, but with the supporting characters too. For example, the two office employees (Taehwa's men) seem underutilized and we (readers) won't feel much if they die next chapter.

Hopefully, it improves.

The rating is too low. It's a decent story. I just wish the author did not write the part where the MC meets his ex after seeing the ML with a woman (a misunderstanding). That scene was unnecessary
