What the heck was that? Straight up trash!

I know that Carlyle is young; however, he needs to learn when to close his mouth. By telling Edmund about Rion, it could put him and Elijah in more danger.

Although I know that Grandma is probably dead, I hope that they are having 1 last adventure before the end. I am feeling sad.

Most of the time, we get stories all over the place, with no clear directions! However, this story NEVER failed flat. I was invested from the start. I honestly want more! Write about them until they are old and decrepit. Tell us about the rebuild and will the father marry the former traitor? ( Sorry, I still do not like her.). Sighs, if this is the end, I guess I have to accept it gracefully.

Okay, is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the complexity of the ML? At times, he shows glimpses of being thoughtful and kind. However, it is countered by forced intercourse, demeaning behavioral, and an arrogant disconnect with reality.

That last scene makes him look like a machine rather than human. Who is he really? We already know that he was raised by a neglectful nasty father. However, I am tired of that being used in plots to justify a crappy ML. However, I must say that the uke is a little too submissive (wishy washy type) for my taste. Although I do not like most of the ML actions, there is something about him (that je nais sais quoi aspect) that I find appealing at time (unlike other crappy ML in similar stories).

I do like the cute kid however. Show more kid.

Okay, I was grossed out when the omega forced him to suck on his fingers with his butt secretion on it!

So, the father went from a drunken drug addict, who abandon his son and roamed the area because he had lost the love of his life (and his son was hurt while he was too high to prevent it from happening). All that being said, this was one of the best chapters!!!

I love that we saw the father crying after Haon had left. The fear of not knowing if he would ever see his son again, contrasted with the realization of knowing that his son resented him for his neglectful behavior as a father.

My eyes are watery because of the touching scenes between father and son, representing confrontation and reconciliation. Great chapter!

I can already see it. He will probably lose and Doc Dan will get blamed because of the "photographic evidence" of him with Mr. Choi which will cause everyone or almost everyone to doubt him. (I just hope that Grandma doesn't die at this time, because that would be too much!)

However, I know that most of us want Jaekyung to lose so that his self reflection and redemption stage can begin. His crappy attitude is getting on my nerves! Another thing that bothers me is that he didn't confront Doc Dan.

At one time I was invested in the story. However, there came a point in which I wanted Ho-in to be with his best friend. The Black hair guy has become more pathetic to me, and the mind games that he has played since the very beginning has gotten old.

The more this goes on, I will start hating Ho-in!

This sucks. Not a single redeeming part to this story and the kid got a big head.

The father is a piece of work! He treated his son like dirt, never had time for him, left him with the teacher who raised him, and tried to marry him off. However, when he thought this same son was dead, he sought to avenge his death. What is the truth behind his neglect? Is it simply the death of his wife made it hard to look at his son? Are did he blame the son for his mother's death?

On the other side you had another neglectful father, who killed his son's mother and neglect his son until he was really to kill or have him killed. Both fathers are similar and somewhat different. At least with the latter one, he did show love towards his son until he discovered his wife's secret. We never saw the other father show love until he tried to avenge his son' s death. Also, if you go back to the chapter where Haon tried to go into the high lord's quarter, we now know that it was his father who blocked his way. Was this an act of love?

This chapter made me think of this song by Marcy Playground.

Just for the record, a lot of silly people have tried to "educate" people on their perception of Omegaverse. I mainly read BL Omegaverse, and NONE OF THEM had a dog collar prior to this one, except one in which the guy treated the other as if he was his dog.

Biting on the neck has been in all of the Omegaverse that I have read and own, but giving someone a dog collar as a gesture of love.....NONE of the ones I own have this storyline. That is a FETISH that I do not partake in.

Lastly, it would not have became an issue if a few people would not have tried to "educate" others.
