The Male Lead is kind of ??? He is nice don't get me wrong , but he is letting his personal matters bleed into his job. It isn't " the new recruits didn't report the harassment to me their commander" . But it's " Judith didn't approach me ". Judith wasnt alone is getting harassed , her friend also got harassed along with her. But he didn't pay attention to him at all. This kind of favouritism is creating more problems , especially for Judith . He is her commander but he wants her to trust him like a friend . It'll take time for anyone to trust their commander like that . It's been probably a couple of weeks since she first met him.
He is kind of dumb about these matters .
I personally think that this is the point the author is trying to illustrate to us is that even though he doesn't realize how he feels towards Judith, he is doing things that he has never done for anyone else. Hence why he even tried to give her a tiara is because he thought she would look cute with it which is not something a normal person would think to their subordinate, UNLESS they liked them.(づ￣ ³￣)づ

Y'all are so had to these strong ass female protagonists that y'all don't even give a chance to any other type of protagonists . The story isn't how you would tackle the issues it how main character tackles it . If everyone is the same then what's the fun in reading such mangas?
