I love the set up of him being mistaken as a scammer!
So it has potential, but I feel like there are too many subplots. Ghost of past self, sister missing, past self love intersting, religion/magic vs science, classism, prince's curse, reincarnations upon reincarnations, etc. I am going to wait & mass read before I completely disregard this.

I think you may have answered your own question, it's possible that he could have been from anywhere and it wouldn't have mattered. I think it's probably more that he's such a good tattoo artist, and possibly one with a lot of experience with covering up scars. Though I'm just guessing.

Poor Seheon has no idea how aggressive Taeyi is but he's going to find out real soon. Don't start something with Taeyi unless you're ready to go all the way :p
