I don't think Kwon is looking for sex, he was offering Yoon company and affection. He always say why Yoon is giving him that look "look of longing" so he came up with that idea. Besides he set boundaries first and keeps on reminding Yoon and Yoon knows it. Sex might not be a better excuse but considering his personality perhaps that's the only way he found. He help Yoon understand his current situation, helps him think other than his relationship with Taejoon (which is destructive to his health btw) and in the process of moving on. He's not planning to manipulate Yoon, but I think he's in the process of falling in love without knowing it. Yoon needs someone in his side by now ( which should be the role of the family actually) and despite the circumstances I think they're both helping each other ( yet falling in love is a risk)
Actually Taejoon and Yoon's relationship can't be easily mended, considering Taejoon's feelings to his work.
Anyway this story is somehow untherapeutic, but Yoon and Kwon they're on the process while Taejoon and his lover, is somehow on the destructive side.
