my favorite kind of drama is the one that has something to say about the society (social commentary)
when you grew up feeling ugly and unloved this feeling festered very deeply within you and even as you became an adult sometimes subconsciously you’ll fall into old patterns (something healing is not linear)!
i’m glad abigail has someone (aside from herself) that helps validate this feeling of hers that she’s worthy as she is and though i feel sad that she falls into old behavioral pattern (punishing herself for being “fat”), i totally understand where she’s coming from!
