Ending Spoiler. I don’t wanna type it myself so I found someone else’s detailed spoiler. I also want to let y’all know that Sasya has never slept with anyone else other than Karel and same for Karel. During the honeymoon with his wife, Karel never touched her:

Sasya died from old age. Before Karel married that girl, Sasya attempt suicide because of depression, but George saved him from drowning. Sasya finally accepts Karel's decision and waits for him to be back from Karel and his wife’s "honeymoon".

Karel marry that girl and went to europe tour. At the same time, Sasya heard the soldier suspect Karel as a spy. So Sasya was afraid that they would catch Karel and he admits on behalf Karel that he was a spy. He was sentenced to death as a punishment.

During the day of execution, Karel manages to come back on time and save Sasya from the gunshot. So they escaped to America together. Karel took all the proof so they won't leave anything behind. It included Sasya’s heartbreaking letter that was sent to Karel before he was leaving the house. Justin helped Karel to clear up Karel's crime and they are finally free.

Sasya continued to dance until he was around 50. He didn't live that long since he used too much drugs when he was young so his health wasn't that great.
