In Minori no Te, they mention Ane-san being dead, meaning Akitora is a widower. They don't mention anyone else. And Akitora blatantly rejects Rogi by not going to him in Yondaime to get Tatsuyuki. Asoda is just Akitora's loyal right hand underling. There's no romantic inclination there at all.
