I cant really tell exactly what happebed since its raws but he and dong dong had a fall out. Pinkie was outright rejected (because dong dong's dad got invovled) and pinkie stopped attending classes. Dong dong looked lonely in class. Meanwhile Pinkie's on the bed having some sort of pheromone shock. He was on oxygen and all that and having nightmares with blood ┗( T﹏T )┛
Oh I just went back to the updates and apparently they separated after that and the next season is about them in university after the long separation. Dong dong is looking handsome with strong buff while Pinkie now has long hair. So they didn't see each other for a long while after the misunderstanding. Its sadddd
