This is actually not bad. The story is interesting enough, the thing is that the art isn’t great (it’s pretty but it doesn’t flow and it doesn’t show the story and actions very well and it isn’t very rich) and the pacing is a bit rushed, but I think it’s still decent enough to keep reading.
I don’t really find her annoying as a lot of other commenters. I feel like she had legitimate reasons to assume nothing too serious should be going on between her dad’s and brother’s relationship. Yes, her previous world was harsh but she didn’t have to deal with things like power struggles, politics and shady schemes. I think she’ll come to learn and accept her new reality. Idk, it’s decent
I started this the day before yesterday and I binged the whole thing in 3 days. Soooo good! I did not expect for it to have romance, but thank god it wasn’t annoying; it was actually quite moving, although both of them are a bit psycho, but they match each other so well. The only thing is that it was a bit fast how they fell in love, but it’s fine, I guess.
Also, the Constellation Killer’s situation is just sad. I agree with other commenters; at this point killing him would be a mercy. I think the Constellation Killer can’t feel the gravity of what he’s done because he has no memories to fully process feelings, so he’s just like an empty shell with the sole purpose of killing constellations. He doesn’t seem to be able to even understand there’s no point in killing constellations because killing constellations will just create more constellations. He’s lost himself and the reason and purpose of his actions. Hopefully killing him and being summoned can make him recall all of his memories so he can atone and take responsibility for his wrongdoings
I just started reading this… yesterday? And I binged the whole thing in two days. So freaking good, I need more. I want more but I’ll probably stall and wait for a bunch of chapters to accumulate and re-read from the beginning again, because if I wait for a bunch of chapters, I probably won’t remember the story all that well because a long time will have passed. So, I just read chapter 19. She just met the second male lead after her brother but dude, I really hate it when FLs are like “oh no, I’m gonna die!” Just because they met one of the characters. If you don’t plan to pursue the crown prince romantically, don’t plan to bother the OG FL and don’t plan to act like a villainess, I don’t understand why you would think you’d die. I can’t help rolling my eyes at FLs who don’t realize that the moment they decide to not do the things they were supposed to do, the result is going to be different already. I just finished chapter 33 and it’s giving me anxiety. This story is really good, MC is super cute and the daddy is one fine man, but I don’t read many suspenseful stories because they stress me out. Yes, it’s a bit frustrating that he keeps bringing up the deal, but remember he isn’t human and he doesn’t understand human emotions. But in reality there has been some progress. Remember how he cured the grandpa’s forehead and MC’s hands when he didn’t have to. ML did it for MC. He just doesn’t realize or even think too deeply about why he did it. He just did it because he wanted to.
I feel like people are focusing on the wrong thing to get frustrated at here. What I actually find frustrating is how many, or actually most MCs won’t make their “super natural” companions work when they actually need the help. I’m sure Geumryang could could easily find work and help with the expenses at home. It’s not like he’s not also eating food and using water and electricity in the house and it’s not like he’s a pet either. I don’t see why MC has to be the only one working. I know supernatural beings don’t have common sense and it’s a bit complicated, but it’s not like they can’t learn.
