most of them are from successful translations, ex: How To Hate Mate, Love is an Illousion. They chose the most popular then if they worked on English lezhin they do another one from the same artist. They just want money and the good ones that are only korean, but dont make as much money in korea as they would in us are left to die
Yes I'm sure it's popular, seeing how many chapters out...means the author has decent wellfare, mangaka for example, will stop releasing manga chapters if they aren't sell well. Andd that is the more reason to make offical english no? Is this webtoon R-rated? If it is not, maybe we can suggest to tappytoon. The way I see it so far, Lezhin only start the english translation for comics which chapters are still low in numbers. Like maybe the author does not agree with the profit sharing agreement, the copyright for translation, or sth along those lines. Look at warehouse for ex, many int'l fans have discussed how they suggested to lezhin to translate it only to be answered by various reasons why it won't get translated, then it ended up with the contract been stopped midway. The author has made it clear its still his brain and that he's a human. He is still human with a functioning, albeit reduced functioning, brain. He was either killed or suffered severe head trauma and they brought the body back to life, meaning all systems are go again-- the brain being part of that. So far it seems they took a corpse and reanimated it. If its alive again, its a little boy again. The only differences are that they genetically modified him (his spit and sex organs) and added a robotic prosthetic.
