I live for stories where people live to deeply and horribly regret their actions but Jesus’s shitting titties she is so annoying. She doesn’t do anything to make sure she’s protected, she doesn’t want to get stronger or gain her own power even though she fucking went with him in the first place to have power, and she keeps talking about how weak she is when she factually knows her magic was weak because it was literally stolen from her like shut uppppp. Plus the male lead is literally twice as big as her and it creeps me the fuck out.

I wouldn’t care if she didn’t make them love her and secure her place if she did literally anything to protect herself. Become so well known they can’t cross you, show off your powers and get strong allies and maybe a love interest that’s appropriate and not the 2/3 copy of the same man, all of whom abused you before.
