With how much the ML hated the MC, I can understand why he thinks he doesn’t want anything to do with him. But I’m more so annoyed with him not saying “ya know what, if you think he meant a relationship then ask, what more do you have to lose.” Which would have helped the MC since he was finally thinking maybe he wants to date. Sadly, that went down the toilet.
