I can't for sure say if it got licensed and will only be posted on that scummy site, but i can confirm the following informations:
The title of the manga on their site is completely different to what its officially known as, its called "Evolution: Road To Space Monster" on Daycomics.
Surely they didn't use unofficial titles for half their mangas to postpone them from getting a Cease and Desist letter and getting their operation shut down.
They have 20 chapters, but every other translation site has 17 chapters, after further analysis those currently 20 chapters are actually at "chapter 10" compared to all the other translation sites.
Yes, i wasted 5$ to check that subpar site, that isn't particularly user friendly.
So they release shorter chapters and are actually 7 whole chapters behind from what is already released and accessible.
It would approximately take 98 days for them to catch up to what all other manga sites already have uploaded, that is if they continue at their current snail pace.
If it did get licensed as you mentioned, please do post proof."

and it is conform they drop it due to the liscenced but due to the snail pace it would probably waste everyones money
