They called each other miho, so i'm confused.
I think they're both named Miho as a way to subvert your expectation. The initial thought being that taller Miho was binding shorter Miho because she didn't want her talking or interacting with anyone other than her. But what actually happened was taller Miho was bound to shorter Miho because she can't live without her... if that makes sense
