So I just read through a couple comments and just remembered how the spirit elf or whatever said that the grand sorcerer might not be awake yet but she can kind of feel a little of her power anyway yeah so I think the reason Cecile can't remember anything is cause she is the reincarnated grand sorcerer and as she uses her power more like what happened with the dragon she awakens and starts regaining her power and maybe her memories too
