So the story is the (gay) seme is someone who rates they sleep with based on their looks. Later on, a guy whose face is covered with bangs and glasses met the seme, rated him with "completely zero" then when something happened they need to sleep in one room. After the uke took a bath, the seme clearly see how "majestic" looking the uke is then both of them revealed they r gay so they agreed to be fuck buddies.
