I was spoiled up a long time ago but I’m satisfied with the ending even though she’s dead but sometimes not all manhwa needs to have a happy ending where they’re all alive and happy it can still be considered a happy ending if she pass on with no regret and happiness in her heart alongside the ml who let her go and can actually be a good father to their kids that she managed to conceived in the 5 years she’s got

I’m okay if she dies, it sounds like she got her happiness. Now what I really want to know is if her family got some type of punishment. In my opinion they killed her. At least that pedophile doctor got sentenced to death.

Well from what I heard they never got any punishment but she did left a daughter and her family has been begging to see their grandchild/niece at least once but yk what our ml is like he despises them to their core and obviously won’t let them near her
