No honey that is not them. The "other life" are the original soul of the body the Mc has taken over (the one that got pushed in the lake). And the blue hair is the friend that pushed him in the lake and later committed suicide. As for the older brother, he is the one that was in love with his fathers consort and also the love interest of the original body of the Mc. They all had tragic endings so the system gave them another chance in another world.
