i'm confused.. in chapter 70, it seems like lucas can see her soul. does he know her from the past?
reincarnated.. i'm not comfortable with the age gap, but if she is someone he knows before she became athy (the original one that died) then i might be 100% happy. don't get me wrong, i like Lucas and i so love their relationship. however, i can't be fully happy knowing Lucas is a full-grown man when they first met. but looking at the drawing when they first met, he doesn't look as old as claude.. so maybe late teens (even though he's at least a hundred yrs old)
ah i see... i get your point. i also feel uneasy about their age gap so i checked again the chapter where they first met. it's true that Lucas is way older than athy but he couldn't be as old as sir robayne or claude (in appearance), he looks like a teener to me. he said he slept for so long (like more than 200 yrs) that he does not know who the current emperor is. that means time stopped for him, when he was maybe mid-teens? he sure looks like those typical high school males in shoujos lmao. and when he appeared in chibi form he said he'll be aging at the same rate as athy. so yeah that's what i keep telling myself
yuhon really looks like hak... but i dont want to buy the theory that they’re blood related because that would make him and yona cousins. also, he wouldn’t wanna toss his son aside (i mean if he’s really his son) since we see young yuhon is warm and compassionate.
i also feel there is something fishy about the death of yona’s mother. if was mentioned before that yona’s mom was killed by insurgents and right after that, yuhon was allegedly killed by king il.
if it was il who killed yuhon, was it revenge? hatred towards his brother? (i’m not sure if il’s faction links yona’s mom’s death to yuhon.) did he regret killing him and was that the reason he doesn’t like violence and any kind of weapons? or was he framed by someone who wants to steal the leadership from the brothers/sky tribe?
and i’m really really curious of young kye sook. where was he during all this drama? why is he the advisor now?
and how about joo doh? does he know anything about what happened before? i can still see that yona and soowon are both special to him. there was this scene where he said he pledged his life to serving soowon but also wished for yona to have a quiet life if ever she was alive.
everyone kinda has his own version of the truth. but i think zeno knows it, since he’s been alive for so long.
i hope we get a glimpse of the past and see how their generation f****d up the present.
