I think it's been obviously shown why Yashiro is acting this way. He doesn't want any attachment to anyone, especially because he knows he does have feelings for Doumeki that he doesn't have for anyone else. And it's called 'defense mechanism.' He was raped countless times by his stepfather as a kid until high school with no one to help him. What do you think that'd do to someone? It'd fuck them up, obviously. I feel bad for Doumeki, I really do, cos he's loyal and loves Yashiro.But I also think we should at least understand what Yashiro is going through. He never had an easy life. And the fact that he kept on trying to push Doumeki away during this chaotic time just shows that he didn't him exposed to the danger from his world, because Doumeki isn't even a yakuza.
