To me, Jian is the most beautiful, interesting, and attractive character in this story. He's strong, smart, and lonely. Despite all the horrible things that happen to him, I still haven't seen him shed a single tear. He doesn't cry or ask for help (does he even know how to cry, probably?). Instead, he quietly observes and accepts everything that happens to him . He's the complete opposite of Mieum, and I love him so much. I read this story because of him—he's totally my type. Please don't hate him while you're still confused about the full story.

I agree! I wasn’t paying much attention to him at first or care about his character honestly, but after more and more chapters he kept growing on me and catching my attention. His story and life is so tragic but like you said, he’s still standing strong and still cares about Jitae is helping him, never being jealous of him to the point of resenting or hating him. He’s so incredibly lonely and alone, no one is on his side. Jin supposedly has feelings for him but he shows it (not at all) in a very fucked up way. Him leaving the room when he’s getting abused isn’t enough, he should be bashing those guys heads in for hurting his supposed love like that. Poor Jian … these last few chapters have shifted my focus and wish from wanting Jitae and Mieum being happy, to wanting Jian becoming free and happy
You guys are right. I saw many comments complaining about the second couple, but I don’t care about Jin (he's still red asf). As long as Jian lives a happy life (distancing himself from that house and disgusting family) and finds someone who sincerely loves him with their whole heart, I’m fine with it. That person doesn’t necessarily have to be Jin. The author screwed up both of them badly in this chapter
Sometimes i scare Jian just a fetish punching bag character… i hope not because I’m worried about him, if he just a character to make shock value and fetish sex then why make us care for him, that cruel… ugh i trust author so please don’t disappoint me…
I don’t really get why some authors hate their own (good) characters so much. The fans love that specific character and want the best for it (and they’re the good ones, not the evil bad ones) but the author just keeps making their lives miserable. Like how Inking did for Jooha and now Majjip for Jian. Why? :‘-(

The story is very well-written, and the characters have so much depth. Everything makes sense. It’s a heartbreaking story, especially Makoto—he's such a complex character, and I love him so much. One more thing: I don’t know why I see him as a bottom when he’s always being a top. He looks bottom asf
