Exactly! If there's one thing I've learned from all the movies, shows, and books I've read/watched over the years it's that unless there's a corpse then that person isn't dead! Chapter 121 is when Cedric comes back home after rescuing Artezia from the church and they learn of the pregnancy from the doctor. Neither of them knew.
So, from that chapter onwards, I'd say. You've missed the fact for no less than 70 chapters XDDDD.
